Building Our Collection

The school year began with a number of new books being added to the collection. The Fiction section now has 4943 books and Non-fiction 6003. Videos and DVDs number 230. Over the past 18 years the annual For the Love of Books Tea held in February has provided the school library with updated research resources and storybooks for all ages and reading levels. The Usborne Literacy Event will be held in mid- November. This sale generates a credit for the addition of new books to the Library. More details will be posted as the date approaches.

The Library does accept donations, however they are subject to conditions such as duplication, currency, appropriate matter for the library as well as general condition. The library space is limited and this must also be taken into consideration. If you have books you wish to donate please contact Liz personally to arrange viewing of the donations.

Donations which are left without a contact name and are unsuitable for the Library will be disposed of.
