Welcome to our Library Section

The library is being well used by groups as well as individuals looking for a quiet place to work and read. The added space has allowed us to include a comfy couch in one corner, and students and parents can often be seen there, cuddled up reading books together. What a pleasant way to promote literacy in our school!

 

A reminder to all library users: please remember to return books to the wooden Return Box just inside the door. Please do not reshelve them yourselves. In order for others to know that the books are back in the library, they must first be checked back in through our computer system. Our volunteers will make sure they are checked in and then will reshelve them. Thank you for your assistance with this.

 

When checking out books, the Title card (white card found inside pocket of book) needs to be signed and stamped with the date. This will help track who has the book signed out if it is left in the hall or the borrower misplaces it. Detailed instructions are in the library at the checkout computer.
