West-Mont is growing, and we are always interested in meeting primary and elementary teachers certified in British Columbia, trained Montessori teachers and Early Childhood Educators.

 

We are growing a unique Middle School programme and anticipate needing teachers with experience working with that unique group of adolescents.

 

The Middle School Programme will deliver “The West-Mont Programme” – the BC core curriculum with small class sizes, dedicated and creative teachers, classrooms without walls using our Garden, Pond, the Forest and Witty’s Lagoon and Beach, with the addition of signature Student Leadership and Challenge Education elements.
